About
I’m American by birth and Parisian by choice. Before settling in France, I spent many years travelling the world, and developed a keen interest in words and language.
I went on to study languages and literature at the University of Oregon, the University of Massachusetts in Boston and the Sorbonne. I then worked for a series of leading French and international brands in the world of cosmetics and beauty, including pharmacy labs, spas, organic and natural product brands and some of the top names in the luxury goods market.
After 25 years as a professional translator and 10 years co-managing a US translation agency, I felt it was time for a new adventure. So, with support from trusted colleagues and a network of respected translators, I launched Luxe Translations.
